Sweepstakes Rules

These Sweepstakes Rules are issued by Lucky Link Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the team", "we", "our" or "us").

IMPORTANT NOTICE: No purchase or payment is required to participate. Making a purchase or providing payment of any kind will not improve a participants chance of winning.

Sweepstakes Coins ("Sweeps Coins") may be used to enter Promotional Play Games, where players have the opportunity to win additional Sweeps Coins that are eligible for redemption for real-world prizes.

These Sweepstakes Rules must be read together with the Terms and Conditions, which govern use of the Services.

1. Sponsor

The official Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is Lucky Link Ltd.. All determinations by the Sponsor regarding the administration of the Sweepstakes, including acceptance of entries, eligibility, prize types, and amounts, shall be final and binding.

Each Sweepstakes begins at the start of a spin and concludes once that spin ends. Every spin constitutes an independent and separate Sweepstakes.

2. Eligibility to Participate

1) For the purposes of these Rules:
Eligible Participants are individuals who are legal residents of the Permitted Territories.
Permitted Territories include:

The United States, excluding residents of California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, South Carolina, Washington and West Virginia.

2) Entry is only available to Eligible Participants who are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater, at the time of entry. Participation is void where prohibited by law.

3) The Sweepstakes are subject to all relevant federal, state, provincial, territorial, and local laws and regulations. It is each Participant's sole duty to ensure compliance with the legal requirements of their jurisdiction.

4) By participating, entrants provide full and unconditional agreement to these Rules and to all Sponsor decisions, which are final in all respects.

5) Winning a prize is conditional upon meeting all requirements set forth in these Sweepstakes Rules.

6) Employees of the Sponsor, as well as affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, advertising agencies, contractors, or individuals otherwise connected to the development, design, production, or distribution of the Sweepstakes, together with their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, whether biological, adopted, or by marriage) and household members (persons residing in the same household for at least three months per year), are not eligible.

3. Sweepstakes Coins

1) To take part in the Sweepstakes and obtain Sweeps Coins, participants must first create a Customer Account. Registration is entirely free of charge.

2) Once registered, Eligible Participants may collect Sweeps Coins through several methods:

a. Daily Bonus
Participants may claim Sweeps Coins once per day by:

Logging into their Customer Account;
Clicking the "GET COINS" button;
Selecting the "Daily Bonus" option; and
Clicking "Claim" if eligible.

Only one Daily Bonus may be redeemed per 24-hour period.

b. Mobile Verification
Completing mobile number verification during account registration may result in a Sweeps Coins award, the quantity of which is determined at the platform's discretion.

c. Daily Tasks
Sweeps Coins may be earned through in-app activities such as:

Consecutive daily logins;
Completing bonus missions displayed in the task section.

The amount of Sweeps Coins granted will vary depending on the task.

d. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)
Eligible Participants may also collect free Sweeps Coins via AMOE:

Postal Request
Write your return address and "Sweepstakes Entry" on the envelope.
Insert a 4" x 6" card of plain white paper, on which you must clearly handwrite:

One unique Postal Request Code (obtained through your Customer Account);
Full legal name (as on government-issued ID);
Registered email address;
Residential address linked to the account;
The following declaration: "I request Sweeps Coins to participate in sweepstakes promotions. I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and Sweepstakes Rules."

Each approved request will credit 0.2 Sweeps Coins.
If approval is delayed beyond 48 hours, please contact customer support.

Online AMOE Request
By contacting customer support at JackpotNights-service@outlook.com, participants may request an online AMOE application form. Once completed and approved, Sweeps Coins will be credited to the user's account.

e. Promotional Offers
Sweeps Coins may also be awarded for downloading or interacting with designated applications as instructed.

3) A maximum of one AMOE request per participant per day is permitted. The use of bots, false identities, or third-party entry services is strictly forbidden and may result in disqualification.

4) Sweeps Coins remain valid for 180 days from the date of last login. Accounts that are closed or inactive may forfeit any remaining Sweeps Coins.

5) Sweepstakes Coin requests must be submitted directly by the user. Entries by third parties, automated tools, or other unauthorized means will be considered invalid. Where disputes regarding the identity of an applicant cannot be resolved to the Sponsor's satisfaction, the entry shall be deemed void.

6) The Sponsor assumes no liability for lost, incomplete, invalid, or misdirected requests for Sweeps Coins.

7) Sweeps Coins may be used to enter games for the chance to win additional Sweeps Coins, which may then be eligible for redemption subject to applicable redemption rules.

8) Trading, selling, or transferring Sweeps Coins or accounts is strictly prohibited. Any breach will result in removal of items from the account and may trigger further restrictions.

9) The Sponsor reserves the unilateral right to amend game odds or RTP percentages at any time, provided such changes do not occur mid-spin. Players must review each game's interface for current odds. Previous outcomes, frequency of play, or account activity do not affect the odds of future spins. RTP values represent theoretical long-term averages across a large number of plays and may vary by game.

4. Verification

1) All potential winners are subject to verification by the Sponsor (or its designee) through any method the Sponsor deems appropriate. The Sponsor's determinations regarding the Sweepstakes are final and binding. A participant will not be deemed a prize winner—regardless of any message or display appearing online—until their eligibility has been confirmed, the play has been validated, all requirements of these Rules have been met, and official notice of verification has been provided. Screenshots or other self-produced evidence of a "win" will not be accepted in place of Sponsor's validation procedures.

2) Prize eligibility is conditioned upon strict compliance with these Rules.

3) As part of the verification process, potential winners may be required to execute and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility and a liability/publicity release (unless prohibited by law). Canadian residents must also correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question unaided, administered at a mutually agreed time.

4) A potential winner forfeits their prize if they cannot be contacted, fail to properly complete and return the required documentation within the designated timeframe, fail to meet any of the Rules (including the skill-testing requirement for Canadian residents), or if any prize notification is undeliverable.

5) If a potential winner is disqualified, the Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, return the prize to the prize pool for reseeding.

5. Prizes

1) Only eligible Sweeps Coins may be redeemed. Unless otherwise specified, Sweeps Coins acquired under Section 3.2 must first be used in at least one Sweepstakes Game before counting toward the minimum redemption threshold.

2) Cash Prizes: Users holding a minimum balance of 100 Sweeps Coins may request a cash prize by following the redemption procedures on the site. Sponsor reserves the right to apply a reasonable processing fee not exceeding estimated payment costs.

3) Gift Card Prizes: Users with at least 25 Sweeps Coins may elect to redeem them for gift cards. Sponsor may impose a modest processing fee, capped at a reasonable estimate of associated costs.

4) Taxes: All tax obligations are the sole responsibility of the user. Sponsor assumes no liability for federal, state, or local tax reporting or payment.

5) Sweeps Coins exist only for entertainment purposes and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for money except where permitted at Sponsor's discretion. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make a listed prize unavailable.

6) Prior to redemption:

The name on the payment account must match the registered user account name;
All verification checks (e.g., age, identity, source of funds) must be completed;
Redemptions will be paid only into an account held in the user's name. Joint accounts may be accepted if documentation for both account holders is provided.

7) Only one redemption request may be submitted every 48 hours. Requests will be processed as soon as reasonably practicable.

8) Cash redemptions may take up to 10 business days to process.

9) Payments exceeding USD $2,500 may require extended clearance times or multiple installments due to banking and fraud checks.

10) Sweeps Coins have no intrinsic value. If an account is closed or contains fewer than 25 eligible Sweeps Coins, the user is not entitled to any redemption. All Sweeps Coins are void upon termination of the Sweepstakes.

11) If a purchase transaction is reversed or refunded, any pending prizes will be voided and the user's account may be suspended or terminated.

12) Verification applies to all potential winners. Online indications of winning are not binding without Sponsor's confirmation.

13) Winners must complete all required documents to claim prizes. Noncompliance, failed communication, or returned prize notifications will result in forfeiture.

14) The Sweepstakes are void where prohibited. Specific state and territory restrictions apply:

Florida: Registration and bonding are required for promotions exceeding $5,000 in value.
New York: Registration and bonding are required for promotions exceeding $5,000.
Rhode Island: Registration is required for retail promotions with prizes over $500.
Puerto Rico: The Sweepstakes must comply with local regulations or will be void.

15) Participation constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules.

6. Conditions of Entry and Release

By entering, each participant agrees to:

a. Comply fully with these Sweepstakes Rules and accept the Sponsor's decisions as binding.

b. Release the Sponsor, its affiliates, partners, prize providers, and all associated directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, "Released Parties") from all claims, damages, or liabilities—whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise—related to participation, prize acceptance, or use/misuse, including personal injury, property damage, defamation, invasion of privacy, infringement of intellectual property, or any other cause of action.

c. Indemnify and defend the Sponsor from any claim, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance and use of a prize.

7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Released Parties are not responsible for:

a. Errors in information entry, printing, or programming related to the Sweepstakes;

b. Technical malfunctions such as disconnections or hardware/software failures;

c. Unauthorized interference by individuals in the entry process or conduct of the Sweepstakes;

d. Human or technical errors in administration; or

e. Injuries, damages, or losses, whether direct or indirect, resulting from participation or use of any prize.

If Sweeps Coins or winning plays are lost, corrupted, or deleted due to error, the user's sole remedy is replacement with an equivalent amount of Sweeps Coins, at Sponsor's discretion.

8. General conditions

1) The Sponsor may suspend, cancel, or modify the Sweepstakes or these Rules if fraud, technical failure, or other factors beyond its reasonable control compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

2) Sponsor may disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, breaches these Rules, engages in disruptive conduct, or violates the spirit of fair play.

3) Attempts to deliberately undermine the Sweepstakes may constitute a violation of criminal or civil law. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the maximum extent permitted.

4) Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver.

5) Participation after amendments to these Rules shall constitute acceptance of the modified terms.
